These terms govern your use of Takshak, provided by Takshiq Soft Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India ("we", "us", "the Company").

The product

Takshak is a desktop CAM application for 3-axis and 4-axis rotary CNC milling. It runs locally on your machine; your part geometry never leaves it.

License

One-time perpetual purchase. One license activates one machine; you may deactivate and move your license to another machine at any time. Activation requires a network connection once; the product operates fully offline thereafter.

Updates and support

Your purchase includes all updates for 2 years. After that your version keeps working indefinitely and is supported through the help desk for a further 3 years.

Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee: request a refund within 30 days of purchase and it is issued, no questions asked.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the integrity of files you import, for your own machine and backups, and for verifying generated toolpaths against your machine setup before running them. CNC machining is inherently hazardous; Takshak's outputs must be reviewed by a qualified operator.
